Rusty,
Don't be sorry about things you say here. It's a great learning
experience for most of us -eg I learnt why I killed all but 17 of my
brand new 93 iris two years ago (new manure). Without iris-L i would
have happily gone on killing away and probably would have given up on
TB's by now. So there. And I've met so many neat irisarians - and seen
so many wonderful iris gardens.
Viewing Ellen's sibes last week has made me decide to change my garden
somewhat. Hmmm.... if the grass would only stop growing.

When we (in Ontario) join the iris society, we get ONE free rhizome.
This is through our main grower here in Ont. Think it is pour
encourager les autres. But it's nothing to do with the society. It is
Gloria McMillan's way of a little giftie to new members.
