I finally got around to looking at the bag of alfalfa pellets I have in
the back stroage shed. It says ingredients: Suncured alfalfa meal. That
is all you need
It is pelleted about the diameter of a pencil eraser. This is horse
country as well, so maybe if you try another supplier, you will find
what you want. I don't think the molasses would do any harm, but as you
say, there is no need to pay for something you don't need.
