It seems that expected thunderstorms, rain, anything to do with water
that falls from the sky does not really exist this summer. The
reservoirs here are dropping alarmingly (NYC watershed) and the Delaware
River is down to a trickly. The poor trout must be dying in droves.
Water pressure is dropping and water ocassionally runs murky in the
house when I water the gardens. In neighboring towns, this watering is
now restricted. and don't even think about getting the crud off a car.
and we still have a month of summer to go.
