Long quote above, but the messages are several days old. We have received
our Feb. 27 order ($120 check cashed July 14, order arrived July 20 or
thereabouts in two separate packages). A number of items were dirty or
otherwise damaged and several were missing, including the Judges Handbook.
No shipping list. We will take the matter up with the new (and obviously
not responsible for this shipment) AIS storekeeper in good time, as she has
volunteered to take over a mess and probably will have a backlog of
complaints about deliveries from her predecessor. She has a fine reputation
-- would have to be either crazy or extremely sincere to take on the job
--and we expect satisfaction.

I hope this chapter is over!
