I totally agree with you. I would much rather replace it than go through
the hassle from the bank, and then the AIS. It would be so much easier
just to send a new one.

When I returned from Colorado, my new Judges Training Handbook that I
had ordered had arrived. HHHUUURRRAAAHHHH!!!!!
