No, now, I think it is wait until December. Back in June, it was
posted that one had to join AIS by June 1 in order to get back issues. I
think if you join now, you will just get the Oct Bulletin even though you
pay $18 and will have to pay $18 again in December. Correct me if I am
wrong.
