I happened upon reference to International Registration Authorities (IRAs) which
have been appointed by the International Society for Horticultural Science
(ISHS)
through its Commission for Nomenclature and Registration and are contracted to
operate within the
provisions of the current edition of the International Code of Nomenclature for
Cultivated Plants (ICNCP).
For bulbous, cormous and tuberous-rooted plants , excluding Dahlia, Lilium,
and Narcissus, BUT INCLUDING IRIS, the registry is through:

I am idly curious about whether there is any interface between this program and
