Hi Linda.....  welcome to the world of borer!  A disgusting world at best.

Adding "stckum" to your Cygon won't help the situation - applying it at the
right time will.  I don't use it as a spray, but rather as a drench.  Since
Cygon is a systemic, it's important that the plant be able to take it in
effectively.  Furthermore - as they say - timing is everything.  We recommend
3 applications..... the first one when the tulips first show color, then 10
days later - and then 10 days later.

I had only one borer infestation..... and that almost sent me screaming into
the streets.
