It is definitely happening here. Our SDB's were huge and most of the
IB's and BB's were as large or larger than the TB's. The only problem
with this theory is that we haven't had a wet year. As a matter of fact
we are currently 1 1/2" under the driest April-July EVER!! So we have 8
days left and if we don't get over 1 1/2" of rain (fat chance) we will
set another record this year. The other record is for number of days at
or over 100! Too many, that's for sure.
