Mark, I grow almost exclusively Louisiana Iris at the moment.  Also a few
Virginicas.  Both types should grow well for you.  I think that irises in
the Louisiana series are native to Florida, perhaps even some that do not
grow in Louisiana.   What types of irises do you grow?
