Thanks, Rita. I am going to try this. Let you know how it works for me. The
bed I will try it in is 20' x10' in a semi circle around the back side of a
pond. I have Sibs near edge of rock coping around pond and all else is JI.
Have some LA in the pond with pitcher plant, callas, lobelia and water
mint, creeping jenny. Lots of water lilies and a lotus. Its pretty all year
round. I was wondering about seed in alfalfa pellets. Hope there arent any.
I considered putting pellets in my barrell composter and maybe the heat
would kill any seed. What do you think??
