If you are watering with a sprinkler, a tap timer helps. I have timers
on all ouside taps, as I have flooded the driveway many times in the
past, resulting in huge water bills. You just set the timer to 15
minutes and when its finished it switches of the flow of water.
In summer I run my soaker hose for 2 hours every 4 days, in each
position.
