A lot depends on the area people are in. Now, I live in the Calif.
Mojave High Desert, in a trailer park and I've carved a garden out of
the desert field at the end of our driveway, and I can do all the
watering I need and it's free, because the trailer park has it's own
water wells, 2, of them that are 500ft deep.
I went threw the Perth airport back in the 70's, while on R & R.

The Year is 2259, The Name of the Place is Babylon 5
