OT-Japanese Ads??

Hi all,
When I open posts today, a lot of them are causing Windows 98
to pop up a dialog box asking me if I want to install the Japanese
character module. Is it just me and my email program, or are others
experiencing the same issue?
I do not mind the text ads at the bottom of the posts, and I am able
to turn off the banner ads that want to launch the browser when a post
is read. This popup dialog does not seem to be able to be shut off.
If this is going to be the standard, Kathy will get a check from me!
