Mayhap this has already been answered, but it looks as though the ad at the
bottom of the message may actually be in Japanese, since the first URL
indicates it is a Japanese URL for egroups.

Hi all,
When I open posts today, a lot of them are causing Windows 98
to pop up a dialog box asking me if I want to install the Japanese
character module. Is it just me and my email program, or are others
experiencing the same issue?
I do not mind the text ads at the bottom of the posts, and I am able
to turn off the banner ads that want to launch the browser when a post
is read. This popup dialog does not seem to be able to be shut off.
If this is going to be the standard, Kathy will get a check from me!
