Walter's recent post on OT posts brought me up short. I said to myself
"What on earth is he talking abput?" Then realized I did it to myself *again*.
That particular section was inadvertantly left in and I did not realize
it was there. It was from a post I made over a year ago and is not
particularily applicable now.
I agree with Walter that the level of OT posts recently has not been out
of line. We are a big group and a certain amount of OT is ok.
I would however put in a plug for it not getting out of control, and
please use the existing OT- Subject Tags (please do not make any up). I
am a lot less likely to nag at you if you use the right tags.
OT-PLANTS: other garden plants (not irises)
OT-ART: iris-motif art and craftwork
OT-HUMOR: iris-related humor
OT-CHAT: personal messages and conversation (consider taking it
off-list!)
OT-BIO: introduction from a new subscriber (please follow with your
name)
As to two individuals leaving the list. That also was a reference to
something that happened last year.
Geeeze, somebody get me another cuppa coffee....
