Welcome to iris-talk, I've enjoyed your posts.
Even though I've known you for many years, it's great that you can share
your hybridizing experiences with all of us on the list. I still remember
the 6ft tall 22 bud seedling you had in 1999. Sorry you lost Honky Tonk
Blues X Mulled Wine, it was nice. It still lives on in my seedlings
because of the pollen you gave me. This year I put Suttons '97
Wings of Peace on the Lav./Purple neglecta i got from your seedling.
John is the irisarian, except one year his wife Vicky got all the fame,
Her picture was in the AIS Bulletin in a field of Pacific Coast Natives
somewhere along the coast of Northern California.
We all miss you at San Fernando Valley Iris Society since you moved.
I might try Reincarnation crosses also.
