1999 ten-year checklist

Does anyone know when this checklist with be on-line? I know it's
available in printed form from AIS, but an big advantage to the
electronic form is that it pulls up not only the name of the iris
itself, but where it appears in the lineage of other irises. A
charge for this was anticipated, but the register still lists
only '79 and '89 checklists.
