whether or not a guest iris will be returned to the hybridizer is moot and misses the issue entirely, because i will definitely comply with returning guest irises to the hybridizer. what is at issue is whether or not a container iris garden may or may not be on a regional tour. am told there is no such statement in the bylaws(suggestions). a 24" diameter plastic container would oblige the rule where guest irises must be planted 2' apart if planted 1/container.
