TB rot and falling stems

The constant rain is wrecking havoc in our iris beds, we have beautiful
stems of buds, healthy and firm, then the buds dry up before they open.
On others we have been introduced to rot. We have cleaned up all the
iris and will now follow with treatment. We would appreciate all help.
May the sunshine for more than a day soon!!!!!!
