I am one of those demented people who collect all the black iris :o)
I love them, much to hubbys horror! I have never had any problem
with them wilting, course mine do get some shade. Actually, my
blacks did really well this year. Midnight Oil bloomed for me the
first time this year and it was Beautiful! I just planted it last
year.
