I think I enjoy the folks on this list almost as much for their humor,
as their iris love and info....I'm sitting here grinnin' my fool head
off thinking about someone deadheading flowers *before* they
bloom......Yup, that's a very tidy woman   ;o)

I agree that's pretty heady company that you mentioned, you 'lil ole
name-dropper, you.....I don't know what I'd do if I ever met any of
those guys, probably just grovel.....legends for sure.....I guess that's
why I don't hybridize - as they say here in the Ozarks, "If you can't
hunt with the big dogs, stay on the porch!"   LOL

I may have already deadheaded my next Debby Rairdon (sp?), but knowing
the odds, I don't buy lottery tickets, either....<VBG>
