LOUVOIS has the buff tan of the standards in a rim around the falls. I got it years ago from a friend but lost the ID and only this year, at the Memphis AIS convention, did I run across a colored picture on the cover of an old iris book that was identical to my iris and was identified as LOUVOIS. I have 2 or 3 others that are somewhat similar, and I wish I could ID those, too, but now at least I got one unknown off the list.
Alas, I couldn't find any more identifications this spring, and now all bloom is over for another season. :-(
