Hi,
My Japanese Irises are also blooming: WORLD DELIGHT (2nd year) had 5
stalks & was at eye level, which is about 5 feet tall. It has 6 lavender
falls & no standards & 4-5 buds/stalk. Very large & lovely. SUMMER MOON (2nd
year) has only 2 stalks, 4 buds/stalk, 6 white falls with yellow centers,
also 4 1/2 feet tall. ROSEWATER (5 years) has 5 stalks, 4-5 buds/stalk, with
an even larger flower,rose colored with yellow centers & a blue halo, 5 feet
tall & gorgeous. And DIAMEDIES (2 years) 1 stalk, 4 buds/stalk, purple with
yellow centers, 4 1/2 feet tall. They are almost finished. Rosewater &
Diamedies have more blooms to go, but the other 2 are about finished :>(
