Betty, this is Rosalie nr Baltimore - I've just returned from England where I
attended the Br. Iris Soc. meeting in Bristol the end of May and then visited
my granddaughter. Enjoyed it all, tho too cold for much bloom! Glad to be
back, however, to my own bed, bath, and - right now - nonblooming garden
(AND I missed most of my own bloom, unfotunately - but you can't have
everything!
I know it is too late to say I want any of your rebloomer-returns, but I
can't let you go in the hole on this ---Priority cost changes tomorrow!
June 30th --
Up to l lb and Flat Rate envelope is $3,85 Over l lb says to see rate
chart. In picking up my mail I also picked up the sheet of the new postage
rates! It used to be, up to today, 29th -- under 2 lbs was about $3.60 I'm
sure everyone will understand you retracting your overgenerous offer on the
postage! And you'll want to cut back on the leaves to about less than 2
inches for weight!
