TB: Spring Parasol/Afternoon Delight

Has anyone out there ever grown Spring Parasol? I ordered it from a large
and well-known source this year (based on the photo); apparently they have
decided not to sell it after all because it just didn't grow very well for
them. I was wondering if anyone else has experience with it.
I finally tried Afternoon Delight for the first time last year; when it
bloomed this spring I loved the standards. A very different sort of veining
or blend. The color of the falls wasn't particularly appealing, but I
really would love to see other iris with the same type of vein patterning.
The photo of Spring Parasol is the only thing I have seen with the same
look, and the overall color is much nicer. Maybe another line to enhance
through hybridizing? I certainly hope to try, but I'd rather not be limited
to the colors in the falls on Afternoon Delight as a starting point; clean
and bright colors may be too hard to recover. I'd love to cross Spring
Parasol onto Louisa's Song! If anyone is familiar with Afternoon Delight,
have you seen anything else with similar blending to that in its standards?
