OT -- Please trim off most of the old messages!

Hi all,

I really like reading this list.  But, more and more,
people aren't trimming off the old messages when
they reply -- So over and over, we see the same
long string of history -- If you have a fast
connection
this might not be annoying, but this takes time to
slog through, and the sheer volume of repeated
messages, really fills up my (free) email.

So, could you get in the snip! habit?
