CULT: Dividing, not sure about specific examples

As long as we are on the subject...

I have a two year old clump of Silverado. It bloomed one stalk its first
year (last year) and nothing this year. Not even so much as a pregnant fan
as far as I know so I'm not really happy with the idea of just chalking it
off to wierd weather. It has three large fans, which I am sure were last
year's increase and two new increases which look like they are coming off
the old (presumably dead) mother rhizome rather than off last years
increases. There will be a 'hole' in the center of the clump counting these
new increases, but the gap isn't really large enough to get any implements
into.

On a similar note is Green Prophecy. He is also a second year clump and
seems to have sufficient increases, despite the horse hoofprints. GP set
one pod last year, and one this year, although this year I only got one
stalk. (I think one stalk was got by the horse) Does anyone know if GP is a
lurker? Takes forever to set in, I kinda like him, and I want to use him
rather extensively as a parent, so is it better to divide now or wait for
him to 'settle in'.
