SILVERADO is out of here this year unless it blooms. It has been
here for 4 yrs. and nary a bud...it is a dud (here). It looks
healthy but not much increase in all that time. Compost pile at
the end of June. Not only SILVERADO, I have some others
including Siberians, VELVET NIGHT and RIVERDANCE for two, that
are compost ready . There is too much to do in a short time to
fuss with these no-shows. I have lily beetles to kill. :-(
Ellen (heading for the Toronto airport next week for the
Sib./species mini-convention...rather take a chance on SARS than
have to change planes)
