Donald, when this follows heavy rains, my part of the country turns into a 
steam bath.  I was trying to take advantage of a cool spell, and it worked well 
so long as the cloud cover remained. When the sun popped out, the smaller, 
more delicate seedlings were 'steamed.'  Most were stronger and did alright.
