We've had nearly those same conditions here recently while I've been
planting all sorts of seedlings. Our temps were around 80 when the sun
popped out and none of the little guys have been hardened off.
I've been giving them temporary shade for a few days to lessen the shock by
tossing a light weight row cover over the largest hoops I have and leaving
the sides open for air flow. So far, so good.
