Terraclor is a fungicide and comes in powder and granular forms.
Some garden centers or co-ops stock it on a regular basis. Most
don't. It is available on the net, as we discovered last year, but I
have never ordered it.
It is mainly used for brown patch on certain turf grasses. It also is
used for the control of various forms of rot in irises. I just recently
discovered that it will prevent leaf spot. Sprinkle the granular form
around the clumps as they start to grow in the early spring. One
application here in February is still effective.
I think it is more apt to be found in the South because it solves
various problems with St. Augustine grass, which doesn't seem to
grow farther north of my location.
