"Wilson" is also known as "HCC."  It is the Horticultural Color Chart
published in England by Wilson Colour Ltd. for The Royal Horticultural
Society.  The Wilson system divides the spectrum into 64 hues, then modifies
those colors with prefixes and suffixes to describe various ways colors
change.  The diagonal slash "/" separates the hue from a suffix describing
lighter versions of the hue.  Wilson 4 is Lemon Yellow, based on the average
color of the skin of the fruit.  4/1 is a slightly lighter version of the same
color, with /2 and /3 progressively lighter tones.

"4 1/3" does not match the system.  Could you recheck the reference?
