Christian asks for information on Huckleberry Fudge.
The bio is in the 1996 check list. I got it as a "bonus" iris that year and
it is beautiful and very prolific. S Warm chocolate brown (RHS183B), F White
ground, plicata markikngs of chocolate brown and violet blue(near 94C),beards
mustard (near163B), ruffled (inspration Point sib, x Burgundy Brown x 18-6A:
(104-4A, Chestnut Beauty
sib, x Gingerbread Girl.
Any way it bloomed prolifically here in Northern California and increased.
Mother Earth also blooms good here for me. As Kitty Loberg the past regional
director Region 14 in Calif. says "we don't appreciate how lucky we are here
for growing iris and after reading the digest, I am begining to see how right
she is"
