Anner -- Thanks for your response and the subject tag. I don't know whether portions are being sold, but I doubt it. Whether the revisions are extensive, I don't yet know, but I was advised by other irisarians at the Convention that they are important. On the basis of that advice, I bought the new edition. As one who has revised his share of government regulatory manuals, I know that organizing and carrying out such a project is a huge, lengthy and laborious effort, and we owe much gratitude to those who undertook it. Unlike regulations, revised government manuals don't necessarily include an executive summary or guide to the changes, but it helps when they do. Perhaps one or more of our number who are familiar with the changes might informally give us their "take" on what the more important changes are. -- Griff

Just reposting this to get a subject tag operating on  this question.

I observe that Dana Brown, who asked essentially the same question here
earlier, also posted it to the AISDiscuss list on 6/14; however, there is no indication there that she had any response; possibly it came in private. If so, 
perhaps she will share the response she  got.

Is it an extensive revision? Are they selling just the updated  portions?
