    I did not receive a response to either posting.  I am not sure of the extent of the revision, however I can tell you that it is available as a whole new insert into your existing cover or it can be purchased along with the cover.

Just reposting this to get a subject tag operating on  this question. 

I observe that Dana Brown, who asked essentially the same question here  
earlier, also posted it to the AISDiscuss list on 6/14; however, there is  no 
indication there that she had any response; possibly it came  in private. If so, 
perhaps she will share the response she  got.   

Is it an extensive revision? Are they selling just the updated  portions?
