Seems to me it is a bit early to be digging, they need more time after
bloom to build and replenish their strength, but others in your area can
advise on that. Don't forget it is a good idea to start to with hold
water gradually to harden them off before you dig them.
If there are no new fans that didn't bloom, sounds like you might be
headed for bloom out. Hopefully one or more of the mothers will make
some increases before (or after) digging and transplanting. Since this
is the first year for TG, is there some compelling reason to divide?
Otherwise you might consider just leaving them in place for a second
year.
