SDB: Favorite SDB


I don't have too many SDBs, but REFINED is one of my favorites.  This
unassuming little medium yellow iris is usually the first iris to bloom in
my garden in early April.  Then it does a "repeat" bloom in early June
(three stalks in bloom yesterday when I got home from work and more
coming).  Then usually reblooms again in Sept-Oct. 

If you're looking for reliable rebloomers (at least in AIS Region 4--Md.,
Va., W.Va., NC) keep this one in mind.  There is nearly always a stalk of
it in the Region 4 Fall Rebloomer show.
