My top five for the list are as follows:
(SDB)
Dark Vader(Miller '87) Ruffled Black Self with a BRIGHT blue beard
Hot (byers '91) Bright gold self with a red/brown spot in falls and a
white spot at the top of the red spot
Jeweler's Art (Lankow '93) Amethyst standards ruby red falls, flared and
rounded
Yippee (blyth '89) very early lilac pink
(MDB)
Zipper (Sindt '79) bright yellow with a blue beard
I think someone should cross a Zipper with a Yippee and call it a Yippee
Zippee ( It's a joke Sam, it's a joke)
I'm looking forward to seeing Dot Com (b. Jones '97) the pictures look
great.
Since the MDB's bloom before the SDB's our hot weather is not conducive
to them
Either they start too soon and a late frost gets to the bloom or the heat
stops them from putting out blossoms.
