Bloom Sequence (was DBIs)

A number of people have made similar observations on the list. It happened
here, too. Seems to be just a weird, but widespread, weather related effect
this year. The *normal* sequence (with considerable overlap, at least among
adjacent pairs) is MDB - SDB - IB - MTB - BB & TB.
