Hi Jeff--
I have five very large clumps of Ceasar's Brother in semi-shade and not
near the water and there are no blooms on them either. None last
season either. Is this a case of one-Downsmanship? I was ging to dig
and divide them this fall, but I realize that I don't know WHERE to put
them.
