So true!
A friend of mine ordered SILVERADO from Spring Hill (I believe) and what
eventually bloomed was pure white iris, definitely not SILVERADO.
This is really scarey and disappointing to say the least!
Another reason to buy from places that guarantee the plant is the correct
cultivar. Of course, this doesn't rule out human error that might occur in
the handling and shipping but at least you hope that the company is trying
and will make good if you discover you have an imposter.
