	First of all, they are probably not growing these irises.  They
are getting them from another source.  Marie Caillet tells me that she has
a yard man who takes her excess LA's, propagates them, and sells them to
Park Seed and Wayside, but they do not name them.  They just offer them in
mixed color collections, which  is fine and violates no rules.

	Earlier in the season when the misnamed Wal-Mart varieties were
blooming, I called Wal-Mart and they blamed the mis-named problem on their
unnamed growers.  So, this practice seems to be wide-spread.  Maybe, if
they get lots of complaints, they will get their plants from more reliable
sources.	

Second, the variations in spelling bother me.
