This same thing happened to one of my flowers but only one flower on the
stalk and the rest of the stalks bloomed normally. It was BRISTO MAGIC
and this had never happened with it before, but I had alot of strange
things happen this year. The spring was cold and wet so I had flowers
with extra parts, missing parts and other deformities. I must admit I
liked the color break, 1/2 of one fall was white and 1/2 was red, split
right down the middle.
ANNA in Zone 6/7 sunset zone 32 sunny and looks like it'll be a hot one,
the are predicting temps in the 90s
