I already cut off the stalks and all the dead foilage. There's still a lot left.
How do you prepare the rz for storage in the fridge? Frequently when I order
from Schreiners they send the rz out in the hottest part of the summer. I'm
afraid to plant them they come because of the humidity here. I'm afraid they
will rot. Won't the humidity in a refrigerator do the same?
