Hi--

The cops have not had a problem  with ID up here.  they simply fly over
the farms bought by "interesting" people from NY.  I've seen some
beautiul ones seized by the Marshals and then put to auction where
they've gone at bargain prices.  the RICO laws strike again, and again.

PS--Lots of ginseng here also, but that's not illegal--just hard to
