I would have to delve deeply into the archives to find the correspondence about
this -- and so many different people have held the office of seed exchange
director over the years that I don't know how much really applies today.  I'd
suggest asking the current directors about this.

For the official list, very brief.  Just follow the examples provided by the
lists you have.  It does help, though, to keep records of what you send.  Donors
are identified by code, and SIGNA members are not shy about asking for more
information when their seedlings bloom.
