I'm not sure what RVP sends these things, but, ours doesn't. I'm not
sure about what certificates and letters you are talking about. Can you
be more specific about these? What exactly are you expecting from her?
If you let me know, I'll pass it on to her, since she is not on a
computer, but, lives near me.
