Wonder of wonders! After all my other TBs finished blooming weeks ago (and
I was wondering why one of my personal favorites had not bloomed this year)
lo and behold CREATIVE STITCHERY is right now in full bloom with 3 blossoms
and a couple more buds. The reason I hadn't found it in my iris bed was
because I had replanted it into the backyard!!!!!
The reason it is one of my favorites is because I am currently President of
the San Diego CREATIVE STITCHERY Guild -- naturally I had to get an iris
with that name.
Because I do not have a strong sense of smell I didn't know until yesterday
when a visitor was admiring it and remarked that it smelled like grape
Kool-Aid that it had a fragrance.
