Most irises I see in catalogs are frilly with fancy new colors.
A: I'm looking for what tall bearded irises used to look like when I was a
kid: deep blue, with yellow or gold beards. Not frilly !
B: Also, I only recently discovered that irises can be wonderfully fragrant.
I'd like a VERY fragrant iris - any color or shape.
Any suggestions and sources ?
